Syllabus for: Purpose for Creation (Time)
The Book of Beginnings (5)
Genesis 1:1 God first created "the place" where He is (Heaven)
and then He created a place for us (Earth) to mature or grow into
all that He is - for the purpose of
1. being with Him
2. like Him
3. One with Him forever!
While in this place of growth ( the earth) Genesis 8:22
While here crave this to grow...1 Peter 2:2
Another way of saying it: John 15:1-6 You can
only really live and have the life that He has promised to you by
staying vitally connected to Him and His Word at all times. He
is our Vine or our feeding tube. This is our umbilical cord in the earth.
umbilical cord: the vascular tube connecting a fetus with the
placenta through which oxygen and nutrients are passed.
Staying connected to our feeding tube or not, comes with a choice:
Deut. 30:19 & 20
John 15:4 Ampl. "Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me. 5 I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me]
you can do nothing."
That's a pretty good picture of what happens to a person who is not hooked up with Jesus.... He is not their Lord and Savior. And it's a pretty good picture of a person who claims to be a Christian but only one in name...not vitally connected to Him on a daily basis. Jesus said here that we must dwell, live in Him........that's not just now and then but daily.
It takes being daily connected to Jesus to become "like the One
He is"........... Romans 8:28 - 30 This is God's purpose and desire!
Romans 8:30 Amp. "And those whom He justified, He also glorified [raising them to a heavenly dignity and condition or state of being].
Contemporary Bible: "He (God) had decided to let them become like his own Son, so that his Son would be the first of many children. 30God then accepted the people he had already decided to choose, and he has shared his glory with them."
The Head comes first out of the birth canal...then the Body.
Jesus is the Head of the Body of Christ. We are to follow Him!
He said follow
Me! He said He is the Way!

When was the first time He came here: Genesis 1:2 - 4
This was not the creation of sunlight....Genesis 1:14-19
What was happening in verse 2 then? Who came here?
The correct Hebrew translation is "Light Be in the Earth!"
And Light was "in the earth and this Light was good."
Mark 10:18 Jesus was revealing to those around Him who He was.
John 8:42/John 5:26/John 1:18 / Amplified Bible: "He has revealed Him and brought Him out where He can be seen; He has interpreted Him and He has made Him known."
Exodus 24:9 Amplified Bible: "Then Moses, Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel went up [the mountainside]. 10 And they saw the God of Israel [that is, a convincing manifestation of His presence], and under His feet it was like pavement of bright sapphire stone, like the very heavens
in clearness. 11 And upon the nobles of the Israelites He laid not His hand [to conceal Himself from them, to rebuke their daring, or to harm them]; but they saw (the manifestation of the presence of] God, and ate and drank." Here is the explanation of what is happening in Gen. 1:3 & 4 where there is a separation in the Earth of Light and darkness....1 John 1:5/John 8:12
In scripture Satan is referred to as: The Prince of darkness and here Jesus clearly states that as long as you are following after God's ways then darkness cannot overtake you. Light does not flea from darkness but the other way around! John 1:5 Amplified B.: "5And the Light shines on in the darkness, for the darkness has never overpowered it [put it out or absorbed it or appropriated it (taken it without permission), and is unreceptive to it].

John 12:44 - 46 You can walk free of darkness, if you'll just follow

John 8:21-24
God doesn't see "death the way we do."
Death as we know it - is a passage from one world to another.
It's either from Earth to Heaven (where God lives) or it's from
this known world to the world or kingdom that exists
in the central core of this planet.....Hell, forever or eternally.
But God doesn't view death that way....He views it as a
separation from Him, should we die without a vital connection
with Him. John 8:51
God's plan for us: John 6:40
Purpose for this planet: It's God's training ground for
His kings, His lords, His rulers. John 6:45 - 47 Or the
capability to live forever with the Father in His World.
verse 48 The true nutrients that you need to grow to the place
where God wants you to be can only be found in Jesus and
His Word (which are One and the same).
The Words of Solomon (the wisest man that ever lived outside
of Jesus: Ecclesiastes 12:12 & 13 Amplified bible: "12But about going further [than the words given by one Shepherd], my son, be warned. Of making many books there is no end [so do not believe everything you read], and much study is a weariness of the flesh. 13 All has been heard; the end of the matter is: Fear God [revere and worship Him, knowing that He is] and keep His commandments, for this is the whole of man [the full, original purpose of his creation,
the object of God's providence, the root of character, the foundation of all happiness, the adjustment to all inharmonious circumstances and conditions under the sun] and the whole [duty] for every man."
(3 above) God's Plan is for His creation (us) to be One with Him forever!
How do we get inharmonious circumstances to get in harmony with God's heart for us? How do we release the power of God (the Holy Spirit) into our circumstances? Genesis 1:2 & 3 God did not speak in line with what was before Him. He spoke His desired end...what He wanted and what was not in harmony got into harmony with His heart's desire.
Romans 4:17
Ampl. - God who speaks of the nonexistent things that [He has foretold and promised] as if they [already] existed. Notice that Lucifer could not bring to pass the desire of his heart even though he was anointed. The desire to become one of us!
Why not? God had not promised it. If it is not written...it cannot be!
Matthew 18:19 It takes the agreement of at least you and the Word
to get the Father to move on your behalf to cause inharmonious circumstances to become harmonious. This spiritual law will also work against you!
Amplified B. - 19 Again I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever [anything and [a]everything] they may ask, it will come to pass and be done for them by My Father in heaven."
You can disagree with God should you choose to in this life but in order to become an underruler in the next life, because that is your's and my destiny we must learn to yield to our Lord and King - Almighty God
Amos 3:3 And that's God's desire for us!
We do this for one reason and one reason only: Not because we have to but because of our love for Him. When you love someone you yield your allegiance to them, you lean on them...Deut. 30:20 Faith doesn't work through desperation, it works by love. You agree with God uncompromisingly because "you love Him." He said it, I believe it and that settles it!
When you truly love someone you'll hold fast to what they say "no matter what!" That's true bible faith. Galatians 6:9 "We shall reap, if we faint (tire) not."
