Summer Potato Salad:

3-4 medium potatoes cubed, cook
     till fork tender
3/4 lbs. of stringbeans (can be               canned, fresh or frozen),
     cook till tender if fresh
1 small onion rough chopped
1/2-3/4 cup Italian dressing
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix potatoes & stringbeans (after you drain) into a glass bowl.  Then rough chop onion, add to bowl.   Pour Italian dressing over all and mix well.  Salt & Pepper to taste.

Note:  You can add a few shakes of garlic salt to water when cooking potatoes.  You could also add 1 heaping tbsp. of parsley to all & mix. 

Serves 6-8
